Seattle Mariners

The Seattle Mariners, established in 1977, are known for their passionate fan base despite a lack of World Series titles as of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021. The Mariners have had several notable players, including Ken Griffey Jr., Randy Johnson, Edgar Martinez, and Ichiro Suzuki. The team’s 2001 season, in which they won an American League record 116 games, stands as a high point in their history.
